Land Held for the Generation of Electricity, for the Generation of Electricity (New Plymouth Steam Power Station), and for Electric Works (New Plymouth Steam Power Station) Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of New Plymouth and in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart, subject, as to Lot 16, D.P. 10360, and Lot 19, D.P. 10359, to the building-line restriction contained in resolution 185955, as to Lots 91 and 92, D.P. 10123, to the building-line restriction contained in resolution 173868, and, as to Lot 64, D.P. 10066, together with the drainage rights created by transfer 85986, for State housing purposes, from and after the 11th day of June 1981.

Declaring Land and Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Road, the Purposes of a Road and for Better Utilisation in Block X, Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty The Queen under and by virtue of registered lease No. 15a/156 recorded in certificate of title No. C1/618, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty The Queen under and by virtue of the said registered lease No. 15a/156 recorded in the said certificate of title No. C1/618, are hereby taken for better utilisation, from and after the 11th day of June 1981.
