Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road in Block III, Tutarau Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 16th day of February 1981, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 21, 26 February 1981, at page 426, proclaiming land as road in Block III, Tutarau Survey District, Southland County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting “5.3620 square metres” from the Schedule and substituting “5362 square metres”.
