IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 28 May 1981, No. 67, p. 1503, for “Rotorua” read “Auckland”.

CORRIGENDUM
Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 28 May 1981, No. 67, page 1521, the following paragraph should have read: “Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that the following 17 schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from 25 May 1981.”

IN the notice dated 21 April 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 April 1981, No. 51, page 1208, in the Schedule for “617 square metres, . . .” read “657 square metres, . . .”

CORRIGENDUM
Oaths and Declarations Act

THE notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 26 March 1981, page 783, the first paragraph should read as follows:

“Pursuant to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, as amended by the Oaths and Declarations Amendment Act 1972, I authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the service of the Crown, specified in the Schedule below to take and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.”

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Mount Richmond State Forest Park—Nelson Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the State Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY

219.7798 hectares, more or less, being Section 3, Block XI, Motueka Survey District (S.O. 11889), and shown on plan N29/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of June 1981.
