CORRIGENDUM

Exemption of Certain Motor Vehicles Owned by Air New Zealand from Particular Equipment Requirements While Used in Airports

IN the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 1980, No. 136, p. 3648, in line 2 of the fourth paragraph to the Schedule, delete the figure “5” and insert in its place the figure “6”.

IN the notice issued on the 2nd day of December 1980, and appearing in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 December 1980, No. 141, p. 3826, for “92.6370 hectares” read “92.6730 hectares”.


CORRIGENDUM

IN the Order in Council dated the 28th day of October 1980, published in the Gazette, No. 143, of 11 December 1980, p. 3870, appointing a non-elective member of the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board, for “Storey” read “Story”.

Land Taken for Road in the Borough of Geraldine

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Geraldine Borough Council; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1981.


SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 508 square metres, situated in Block V, Geraldine Survey District, being part Lot 15, D.P. 1023. As shown on plan S.O. 10573, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of January 1981.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1981.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2174 square metres, situated in Block XV, Cambridge Survey District, being part Lot II, D.P. 3299, and part Lot III, D.P. 3299, and D.P. 3300; as shown on plan S.O. 50900, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked ‘A’.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of January 1981.
