IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of J. D. DICKEY LTD. (in liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the
above-named company will be held at the offices of Hogg
Young Cathie and Co., Chartered Accountants, National
Insurance Building, 217 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, on
Friday, the 19th day of June 1981, at 9.30 in the forenoon,
for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing
how the winding up has been conducted and the property
of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any
explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
That the records of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period of 2 years from the date of the meeting.
Forms of general and special proxies are enclosed herewith. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the undersigned at the offices of Hogg Young Cathie and Co., Chartered Accountants, National Insurance Building, 217 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, not later than 12 midday on the 18th day of June 1981.
Notice is also given that a meeting of the contributories of the company will be held at 9.20 a.m., prior to the meeting of creditors.

of NGARUAWAHIA MOTORS (1977) LTD. (in receivership):
NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 26th day of May 1981, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the offices of Markham and Partners, Chartered Accountants, 850 Victoria Street, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 4th day of June 1981, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 26th day of May 1981, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:
That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
