PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour made after consultation with the unions, associations, and organisations referred to in section 5 of that Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R

Title—This order may be cited as the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated) Waikato Branch Order 1981.

Exemption—The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated) Waikato Branch, an organisation approved, under the name of the Intellectually Handicapped Children’s Society (Incorporated), South Auckland Branch, by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshops at Station Road and Arawa Street Extension, Matamata, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Annual Holidays Act 1944, the Minimum Wage Act 1945, and section 34 of the Factories Act 1946.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R
- (a) This order may be cited as the Silverpeaks-Waihemo Hydatids Control District Order.
(b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

The areas comprising the counties of Silverpeaks and Waihemo and the boroughs of Mosgiel and Green Island, as from time to time constituted, are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Silverpeaks-Waihemo Hydatids Control District.

The Silverpeaks-Waihemo Hydatids Control Authority is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Silverpeaks-Waihemo Hydatids Control District.

Revocation—The Waihemo Hydatids Control District Order 1973, and the Waikouaiti Hydatids Control District Order 1973 are hereby revoked.

Commission to Inquire into the need to declare a new acclimatisation district in the Auckland region and, in particular, into the necessity or otherwise for altering the Auckland Acclimatisation District

EDWIN IAN ROBERTSON, C.B.E., of Tawa, formerly Director-General of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research; and
ROY WILLIAM STEPHAN CAVANAGH, of Tauherenikau, formerly Deputy Controller of the Wildlife Service, Department of Internal Affairs; and
ARTHUR ROGER WILSON, of Waimate, Farmer, a past president of the Waitaki Valley Acclimatisation Society:
GREETING:
WHEREAS difficulties have arisen in ascertaining whether a new acclimatisation district should be declared in the Auckland region and, in particular, whether the Auckland Acclimatisation District, the boundaries of which are defined in the Animals Protection (Boundaries of Auckland and Rotorua Acclimatisation Districts) Warrant 1947*, should be altered:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 24 (2) of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby constitute and appoint you, the said Edwin Ian Robertson, (a person nominated by the Minister of Internal Affairs), Roy William Stephan Cavanagh (a person nominated by the Minister of Internal Affairs), and Arthur Roger Wilson (a person nominated by the Minister of Internal Affairs on the recommendation of the Council of North Island Acclimatisation Societies) to be a Commission to—
(a) Inquire into and report upon—
(i) The suitability or otherwise of any area in the Auckland region which is proposed for declaration as an acclimatisation district;
(ii) The necessity or otherwise for altering the Auckland Acclimatisation District;
(iii) Any other matters arising out of or affecting the premises which may come to your notice in the course of your inquiries and which you consider should be investigated with them; and
(b) To recommend such alterations as you think fit to—
(i) Any area in the Auckland region which is proposed for declaration as an acclimatisation district; and
(ii) The boundaries of the Auckland Acclimatisation District:
