State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Pirongia State Forest Park—Auckland Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Pirongia State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—RAGLAN COUNTY

9.2718 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 25124, being part Allotments 292 and 296, Pirongia Parish, situated in Block XV, Alexandra Survey District, and Block III, Pirongia Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 264, folio 128, as shown on plan S15/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of May 1981.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Ruahine State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—POHANGINA COUNTY

11.2445 hectares, more or less, being sections 67 and 68, Block IV, Pohangina Survey District, together with appurtenant water easement created by certificate of title, Volume 610, folio 189. All certificate of title, Volume 13D, folio 253, as shown on plan T23/1 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of May 1981.
