Land Proclaimed as Road in Block I, Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Tauranga County Council.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land for Road in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated 25 July 1980, No. 92, at page 2334, declaring land taken for road in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
