Declaring Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in the City of Mount Albert

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground, and shall vest in the Mount Albert City Council, from and after the 28th day of May 1981.
