CORRIGENDUM
Final Decision of New Zealand Geographic Board
Reassigning of Place Names

IN the notice issued on the 6th day of November 1980, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, on the 7th day of November 1980, No. 132, page 3278, showed for the fourteen (14) namcs of Antipodes Islands and the fourteen (14) names of Bounty Islands, the longitude readings as being West. These should have been shown as longitude readings being East.

Revoking a Warrant Declaring an Area of Land in the Central North Island Wildlife Conservancy to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the warrant published on the 9th day of August 1956*, notifying and declaring an area of land to be a Wildlife Refuge.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 30th day of April 1981.

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the warrant published on the 28th day of March 1957*, notifying and declaring an area of land to be a Wildlife Refuge.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1981.

Land Taken for Road and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block III, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of May 1981.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Road

ALL that piece of land containing 1242 square metres, being part Section 84, Block III, Patetere North Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 50374, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “1B”.
