NOTICE is hereby given that the petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 25th day of March 1981, presented to the said Court by JOHN PETER ELMORE HAMMOND and CHRISTINE JANE HAMMOND; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington, on the 27th day of May 1981, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory to the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Lincoln Water Supply Area, taken on the 2nd day of May 1981, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $380,000 to be known as the Lincoln Water Supply Loan 1981 for the purpose of constructing a public water supply for Lincoln Township, resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was — 130.
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was — 126.
The number of informal votes was — Nil.

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

Dated this 4th day of May, 1981.

IN THE MATTER of registration of G. R. and D. H. BONES AND COMPANY as a special partnership:

(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is to be conducted shall be G. R. and D. H. Bones and Company.

(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners are:

(i) Garry Ronald Bones and Doreen Hazel Bones both of Tauranga who shall both be general partners and;

(ii) Richard Peter Cheyne of Wellington and Carolyn Nancy Bones presently residing in the United States of America who shall both be special partners.

(c) The amount of capital contributed to the common stock upon the commencement of business by each special partner will be Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) and the amount contributed by each general partner will be Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000).

(d) The business to be carried on will be orcharding.

(e) The principal place of business will be Omokoroa in the Bay of Plenty.

(f) This partnership shall commence on the 3rd day of April 1981 and continue until the 3rd day of April 1988 or such earlier date as may be agreed upon by the partners.

These above particulars have been acknowledged to be true and correct by each partner before a Justice of the Peace.
