Application for Plant Selectors’ Rights Notice No. 2590 3/2, 3/9

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that an application for a grant of Protective Direction and a grant of Plant Selectors’ Rights, as specified in the Schedule hereto, has been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties. If any interested person considers that he is likely to be unfairly affected by the application for a grant of Protective Direction or for a grant of Plant Selectors’ Rights, he may lodge an objection with the Registrar within 2 months from the date of this Gazette. Objections must comply with section 19 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973.

Maori Land Development

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the Schedule hereto the land described in those notices was declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and whereas by reason of a re-arrangement of titles and the desire to issue individual notices for separate holdings it is considered necessary to replace the notices aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 (7) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice, Wanganui, 1981, No. 2.
  2. The notices referred to in the Schedule hereto, for the Tokaanu Development Scheme, are hereby revoked, being replaced, to the extent necessary, by Maori Land Development Notices, Wanganui 1977, No. 25 and 1981, Nos. 3 to 5.
