State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Mount Richmond State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

7.9040 hectares, more or less. Section 157, Havelock Suburban Registration District, situated in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 1B, folio 271; as shown on plan P28/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

48.0800 hectares, more or less. Lot 1, D.P. 4598, situated in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 2D, folio 1267; as shown on plan P28/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

317.6782 hectares, more or less. Section 2, Block V, and Sections 1 of 1, 2 of 1, and 2, Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District. S.O. Plans 401 and 3746; as shown on plan S.21/18 and 19, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 23rd day of April 1981.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forest Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Tararua State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—FEATHERSTON COUNTY

5.2634 hectares, more or less, being Part Section 527, Featherston Suburban, situated in Block II, Wairarapa Survey District, transfer No. 287655.1, all certificate of title, Volume 19D, folio 920. As shown on plan S27/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1981.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1981.
