Industrial Relations Act 1973—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

PURSUANT to section 193 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973, it is hereby notified that the registration of the New Zealand Federated Coach and Motorbody Builders and Related Trades Industrial Association of Workers, Registered No. 473, situated at Room 24, Trades Hall, 126 Vivian Street, Wellington, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 24 April 1981, revoked the under-mentioned standard specification.

NZS 1832:1963 (BS 3576:1963) disodium tetraborate decahydrate, disodium tetraborate pentahydrate and anhydrous disodium tetraborate (technical grade).

Revoked on the grounds of non-usage.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned New Zealand standard specifications have been recommended for revocation pursuant to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965.

Any person who may be affected by the proposal to revoke these standard specifications, and who wishes to object to their revocation, is invited to submit comments to the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington, not later than 28 May 1981.
