Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VII, Rangitaiki Survey District, Whakatane District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Awakeri Hot Springs Limited under and by virtue of lease H. 170889, recorded in the register book, Volume 1216, folio 23, and Volume 1068, folio 200, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 30th day of April 1981.
