Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks in the City of
Wellington

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
waterworks, together with Rights of Way over parts of
certificate of title, Volume 233, folio 9, created by an un-
registered conveyance, dated 11 July 1907 filed with applica-
tion 4060 and shall vest in the Wellington Regional Water
Board, from and after the 30th day of April 1981.
