Declaration as to Local Authorities for the Purposes of the Reserves Act 1977
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby declares Education Boards as constituted under the Education Act 1964 to be local authorities for the purposes of the Reserves Act 1977.

Reconstituting the Mount Richmond State Forest Park Advisory Committee
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the State Forest Parks and Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests hereby reconstitutes the Mount Richmond Forest Park Advisory Committee.
The reconstituted committee shall consist of the Conservator of Forests, Nelson, and nine appointed members, namely:
David Blunt.
James Winter Hughes.
Pauline Jenkins.
Michael Robert Johnston.
Stuart Robert Kennington.
Ian Balfour Mitchell.
Laurence Arthur Comyn Pigou.
Patricia Clare Tindle.
Joseph Wallace.
The appointed member shall hold office for a term of 3 years from the 1st day of March 1981.

Appointment of the Inglewood Borough Council to Control and Manage Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Inglewood Borough Council to control and manage the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, with effect from 1 April 1981.

Joseph de Valli McManemin, C.B.E., Justice of the Peace, of Auckland,
to be Referees to exercise the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal in Henderson for a term of 3 years, on and from 28 March 1981.

The Traffic (Clutha County) Notice No. 1, 1981
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Clutha County) Notice No. 1, 1981.
The area specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 22nd day of December 1955*, which relates to roads within an area at Kaka Point is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Clutha County at Kaka Point:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of the Esplanade 200 metres measured southerly generally along the Esplanade from Moana Street; thence by a right line across the Esplanade at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence due west by a right line to a point due south of the western end of Totara Street; thence due north by a right line to the western end of Totara Street; thence northerly generally by a right line to the western end of Rimu Street; thence easterly generally along the northern side of Rimu Street to the western side of Main Road; thence northerly generally along the western side of Main Road to a point 1200 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Rimu Street; thence by a right line across Main Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence due east by a right line to the shoreline of the Pacific Ocean; thence southerly, south easterly and southerly generally along the said shoreline to a point due east of the commencing point; thence due west by a right line to the commencing point.
