Land Held for the Purposes of a Yard for Corporation Purposes, and for a Recreation Ground in the City of Christchurch, Set Apart for Housing Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of a yard for corporation purposes and vested in the Christchurch City Council (by Proclamation dated the 20th day of September 1910 and published in Gazette, No. 78, 18 August 1910, Volume II at page 3188), registered in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as 71376/1, and the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a recreation ground and vested in the Christchurch City Council (by Proclamation dated the 29th day of October 1940 and published in Gazette, No. 107, 24 October 1940, Volume III at page 2734), registered in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as 1730.
Now therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 15th day of April 1981 for housing purposes.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Christchurch, described as follows:

632 Rural Section 40641. All certificate of title 16B/851.
20 Part Lot 1, D.P. 8547. All the land in Proclamation 1730.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1981.

Land Taken for Road in Block II, Tuapeka East Survey District, Tuapeka County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Tuapeka County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of April 1981.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Tuapeka East Survey District, Tuapeka County, described as follows:

1 0 1.3 Part Section 188.
As shown on plan S.Q. 17186, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin and thereon coloured blue.
