PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Napier City Council.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(b) Stops the said road:

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 22nd day of January 1981.
