Declaring Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Block I, Mataura Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Southland County Council from and after the 22nd day of January 1981.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Mining Easements and Fencing Agreements, for Coal Mining Operations, Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, in Block XIV, Rangiri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining easements created by Deeds No. 173870 (R. 112/262), and No. 178252 (R. 120/516), and subject, as to the land firstly described, to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer No. 288081, and subject, as to the land secondly described, to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer S. 74349, South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, from and after 22nd day of January 1981.
