Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Maori Housing Purposes in Block I, Town of Seaward Bush, and Blocks I and XIX, Invercargill Hundred, City of Invercargill

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 8th day of October 1980, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 1980, No. 122, at p. 3068, declaring land taken for Maori housing purposes in Block I, Town of Seaward Bush, and Blocks I and XIX, Invercargill Hundred, City of Invercargill, by declaring that the land thirdly described is also taken, subject to fencing provision No. 056960.1 and by deleting as to the land eighthly described, the words “easements created by transfer No. 050617.2” and substituting “rights to convey water, drain water, drain sewage, convey electric power and telephone messages, convey gas and right of way as set out in easement certificate No. 050617.1”.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Secondary School in the Borough of Feilding

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 18th day of September 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 112, 25 September 1980, p. 2836, declaring land taken for a secondary school in the Borough of Feilding, by deleting the Schedule to the said Declaration, and substituting the following Schedule.
