In the declaration taking land for road in Block III, Otamatea County, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 October 1980, No. 128, p. 3199, for the words and figures “plan S.O. 52272”, read “plan S.O. 52275” which last mentioned words and figures appear in the original declaration signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

Revoking a Warrant Declaring an Area of Land in the Waimarino Ward of the Central North Island Wildlife Conservancy to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the warrant published on the 27th day of February 1958* notifying and declaring an area of land to be a wildlife refuge.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of December 1980.
