IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
OF ROSLYN MILK BAR (1970) LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at 3 Byron Street,
Dunedin.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
17th day of December 1980, presented to the said Court by
J. G. LAURENSON & SON (BAKERS) LIMITED, a duly incor-
purated company having its registered office at Dunedin, and
carrying on business there and elsewhere as bakers; and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Dunedin, on the 4th day of February 1981, at
10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge of the
same.

must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in suffi-

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

Messrs Owen Leigh Desmond Claridge, Barry Vincent Rump,
and Lawrence Archie King, all of Auckland, barristers and
solicitors, in partnership as Haddow and Co., hereby announce
the dissolution of the present partnership as at 31 December
1980.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations
1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted
Average Sale Price for the sale held on 15 January 1981 at
Christchurch was 246.73 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government’s supplementary mini-
mum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no
supplement is payable on wool until further notice.

There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in
terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the
A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 330 cents
per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government’s supplementary
