Classification of Reserve

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Rodney County Council on the 9th day of December 1980:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said County and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for scenic purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
