Conditions: A North Island Game Season Licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in all acclimatisation districts of New Zealand. The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions and daily possession limits of the acclimatisation district in which the hunting or killing of game takes place.

Class: South Island Game Licence.
Fee: Fifteen dollars ($15).

Conditions: A South Island Game Season Licence shall enable the holders to hunt or kill game in all acclimatisation districts of New Zealand. The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions and daily possession limits of the acclimatisation district in which the hunting or killing of game takes place.

Class: Junior North Island District Game Season Licence.
Fee: Eight dollars and twenty-five cents ($8.25).

Conditions: Junior North Island Game Season Licences may be issued to persons up to 16 years of age or pupils attending school full time. The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game within the district of issue only subject to the conditions and daily possession limits operating within that district.

Class: Junior South Island Game Season Licence.
Fee: Three dollars ($3).

Conditions: Junior South Island Game Season Licences may be issued to persons up to 16 years of age and shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in all acclimatisation districts of the South Island. The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions and daily possession limits of the acclimatisation district in which the hunting or killing of game takes place.

The provisions of the Arms Act 1958 apply with respect to firearms used in accordance with the licence.

These provisions will come into force on the 1st day of April 1981.

The Transport (Fees for Registration Plates and Licence Labels) Notice 1981

PURSUANT to Regulation 10 of the Motor Vehicles Registration and Licensing Regulations 1965*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Transport (Fees for Registration Plates and Licence Labels) Notice 1981.

  2. The fees for registration plates and licence labels in respect of the licensing year, commencing on 1 July 1981, and (unless otherwise prescribed) any licensing year here and after shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

  3. The Warrant, dated the 3rd day of May 1976†, is hereby revoked provided that the fees prescribed therein shall remain in force until the end of the licensing year which commenced on 1 July 1980.

SCHEDULE

Trade plates for:
Motor cycles, power cycles and trailers $1.50 each.
Motor vehicles (other than motor cycles, power cycles and trailers) $2.50 per set of 2 plates.
Registration plates for:
Motor cycles, power cycles, tractors or trailers $1.50 each.
Motor vehicles not otherwise specified $3 per set of 2 plates.
Licence labels 20 cents per label.

The Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Notice 1981

PURSUANT to section 27 (1) of the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Act 1976, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Levy Notice 1981.

  2. The rates of levy payable in accordance with the year ending 31 March 1982 shall be as follows:

Beer 0.31c per litre
Spirit 5.89c per proof litre
Fortified wine 1.89c per litre
Unfortified wine 1.15c per litre

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
