Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XI, Eyre Survey District, Southland County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Southland County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in David Noel McMillan of Garston, farmer (half share), and Valerie May McMillan of Garston, widow, Leonard Alexander Lake of Garston, farm hand, and Harold Percival Aitken of Dunedin, chartered accountant (half share), as executors as tenants in common in the said shares subject to mortgage No. 023389.1.

Amending Notice Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for Road and for Railway Purposes in Block XI, Paritutu Survey District, Inglewood County

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated 21 January 1981, published in Gazette, 29 January 1981, No. 7 at page 160, declaring Crown land set apart for road and for railway purposes in Block XI, Paritutu Survey District, Inglewood County, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the First Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
