PURSUANT to section 175 (4) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reclamation authority for all that area now shown marked “B” on plan M.D. 16033, deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, being an area of 220 square metres which has been previously approved by Order in Council of 16 August 1967, as shown edged sepia on plan M.D. 12623, deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, being part of that area edged sepia on the said plan M.D. 12623 which has never been reclaimed.

PURSUANT to sections 265 and 175 (2) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Point Chevalier, Waitemata Harbour, an area of 722 square metres as shown marked “A” on plan M.D. 16033, deposited in the offices of the Minister of Transport at Wellington.

Declaration That State Forest Land Ceases to be Part of Pureora State Forest Park

PURSUANT to section 63B (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of Pureora State Forest Park by a Proclamation dated the 5th day of September 1978 and published in the Gazette, of 7 September 1978, Vol. 77, p. 2463, hereby ceases to be part of Pureora State Forest Park as from the date of publication hereof.
