CORRIGENDUM
Revision of District Valuation Rolls

PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, the Valuer-General determines that the District Valuation Roll for the district named in the Schedule was revised on the date shown. This Schedule amends New Zealand Gazette of 5 March 1981, No. 23, p. 508.

SCHEDULE
TAUPO County and Taupo Borough were revised on the 1st day of October 1980.

Declaring that the Course of the Waingaro Stream in Block VII, Coromandel Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District, shall be Altered or Diverted

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the course of the Waingaro Stream shall be altered or diverted within the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

150 Crown Land Reserved from Sale, section 58 Land Act 1948, situated in Block VII, Coromandel Survey District; marked “C” on plan.
270 Part Section 14, Block VII, Coromandel Survey District; marked “E” on plan.
270 Part Section 14, Block VII, Coromandel Survey District; marked “D” on plan.
1530 Part Section 14, Block VII, Coromandel Survey District; marked “F” on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 50186, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of March 1981.
