(a) Proceeding further with the advertising and hearing of a winding-up petition issued by the defendant under M. No. 31/81, out of the Hamilton High Court, and served on the plaintiff.
(b) In particular advertising the said petition for winding up in a newspaper or the New Zealand Gazette.
