Land Proclaimed as Road in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Christchurch City Council.

Declaring Road in Block V, Katikati Survey District, Tauranga County, to be Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road.
