In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 February 1981, No. 13, p. 275 (F.S. 9/2/303), for “Block IX” read “Block XI”.
Directing that the Course of the Weka Creek in Block XVI, Waipara Survey District, shall be Altered or Diverted

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the course of the Weka Creek shall be altered or diverted within the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1981.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 12.4 perches (2337 square metres), situated in Block X, Norsewood Survey District, being Section 62R; as shown on plan S.O. 4259, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1981.
