held its inaugural meeting on 19 November 1980. The Commission has been advised that in the limited time remaining, it was not possible for formal agreement to be reached within the 6 months period as required by the legislation.

The Commission has ascertained that it is the wish of the constituent authorities and the Wellington Regional Council for the rates to be levied and recovered by the constituent authorities.

Determination

PURSUANT to section 133 (2) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Local Government Commission hereby determines that all rates on rateable property in a constituent district of the Wellington region shall be levied and recovered by the constituent authority, and that, for the purposes of section 13 each constituent authority shall be a collecting authority as defined in subsection (1) of that section.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 6th day of March 1981, Holt Enterprises Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Palmerston North, registered with the Registrar of Companies at Wellington a sealed copy of an order of the High Court of New Zealand confirming a special resolution passed by Holt Enterprises Ltd. on the 23rd day of October 1980, authorising distribution of the sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) standing to the credit of the share premium account in the books of Holt Enterprises Ltd.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 12 March 1981 at Wanganui was 244.56 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.

There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 330 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
