Definition of the Purpose of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified as that of a reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares, that the said reserve be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes subject to the provisions of the said Act.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAITEMATA CITY

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block X, Tauhoa Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Rodney County Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Hutchinson Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Hutchinson Scenic Reserve to be administered by the Hutchinson Scenic Reserve Board.
