Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for local purpose (soil conservation and river control), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Naming of a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waitemata City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in the Waitemata City Council, in trust for that purpose.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Howick Borough Council on the 24th day of November 1980:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 41 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Howick Borough Council resolves that the piece of land held by the said borough, in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
