The Marriage (Approval of Organisations) Notice (No. 1), 1981

PURSUANT to the Marriage Act 1955, I, James Kenneth McLay, Minister of Justice, hereby give notice as follows:

N O T I C E

  1. This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Approval of Organisations) Notice (No. 1), 1981.

  2. The organisations specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be approved organisations for the purpose of the Marriage Act 1955.

NAFTA: Schedule A Access—Second Review List

IN December 1979, the New Zealand Manufacturers’ Federation published a list of Schedule A goods subject to import licensing control, seeking comments on the possibility of making these goods Licence on Demand (L.O.D.) when of Australian origin.

Following consideration of representations received, L.O.D. status will apply to the Schedule A products listed below from 20 March 1981. Licences on demand will be issued against firm orders for these goods when of Australian origin, subject to the proviso that the pattern of imports will be monitored and the access position could be subject to adjustment if the level of imports resulted in serious harm to New Zealand manufacturers.

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAROA COUNTY—MOTUKAWANUI ISLAND SCENIC RESERVE

354.5044 hectares, more or less, being Motukawanui Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, situated in Block XIII, Whakarara Survey District. All certificates of title 261/75 and 261/99. M.L. Plan 9579.
