Classification and Naming of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife management), subject to the provisions of the said Act, and futher, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Orini Wildlife Management Reserve.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block III, Moeraki Survey District, Waihemo County
PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Waihemo County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1981, No. 1.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Ashburton Licensing Trust
PURSUANT to section 34B of the Licensing Trust Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trust Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Ashburton Licensing Trust, on 27 January 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Hotel Ashburton.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
On any Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
