CORRIGENDUM
Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hawke's Bay Licensing Committee

The notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 22 January 1981, page 106, clause (a) and (b), should read as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

Pursuant to section 63B (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of Rimutaka State Forest Park by a Proclamation dated the 29th day of July 1972 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 1972, page 1641, hereby ceases to be part of Rimutaka State Forest Park as from the date of publication hereof.

SCHEDULE

Wellington Land District—Hutt County

518 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. 50675, situated in Block VI, Pencarrow Survey District (part New Zealand Gazette, 1971, page 1700), as shown on plan R27/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

The Theatre Royal Charitable Foundation Name Order 1981

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of March 1981

Present:

The Right Hon. R. D. Muldoon Presiding in Council

Whereas Gloucester Theatre Foundation Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act 1955, wishes to change its name to Theatre Royal Charitable Foundation, a name which contains the word "Royal" and which does not contain the word "Limited": And whereas the company may be registered by a name that contains the word "Royal" only with the consent of the Governor-General in Council: And whereas the company may change its name to a name that does not contain the word "Limited" only if the Governor-General in Council authorises the omission of the word "Limited" from the name and the name is approved by the Registrar in writing, having regard to the provisions of section 31 of the Companies Act 1955: And whereas the new name has been approved by the Registrar in writing, subject to the making of this order: And whereas it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Governor-General—

(a) That the objects of the company are restricted to those specified in section 33 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 and to objects incidental or conducive thereto; and

(b) That by its constitution the company is required to apply its profits, if any, or other income in promoting its objects and is prohibited from paying any dividend to its members:

Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 31 (2) (a) and 33 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Theatre Royal Charitable Foundation Name Order 1981.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  2. The limited company registered, at the date of this order, by the name "Gloucester Theatre Foundation Limited" is hereby authorised to change its name by resolution to "Theatre Royal Charitable Foundation".

  3. Consent is hereby given to the company registered, at the date of this order, by the name "Gloucester Theatre Foundation Limited" being registered, after the change of name authorised by clause 2 of this order, by the name "Theatre Royal Charitable Foundation".

Pursuant to section 30A (3) of the Mutual Insurance Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. Title—This order may be cited as the Mutual Insurance (Approval of Rules) Order 1981.

  2. Amendments to Special Rules approved—The amendments set out in the Schedule to this order to the Special Rules of the Farmers' Mutual Insurance Association*, which amendments were adopted by that Association by ordinary resolution on the 18th day of September 1980, are hereby approved.
