National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 2, Mangatawhiri Valley Road to Maramarua River, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 if plan L.A. 10/32/2, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Otahuhu, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 18 February 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 4 March 1976*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the northern side from the point of junction of the western boundary of Allotment 186, Parish of Koheroa (certificate of title 666/150), with the State highway and extending eastwards for 400 metres.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Snake Hill to Whangarei, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan L.A. 11/12/2, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 18 February 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 14 December 1978*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the eastern side from the point of junction of the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 58045 (certificate of title 31A/425), with the State highway and extending northward for 200 metres across the frontages of the said Lot 1, and part Lot 1, D.P. 30211, and part Allotment 21.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 3, Sanson to Awahuri, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 2 of plan M.O.W. 16562, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 18 February 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 26 November 1970*, made

pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the northern side commencing at the junction point of the western boundary of part Section 45, Town of Sandon (certificate of title 385/205), and the State highway and extending eastwards for 100 metres.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 3, Hamilton to Ohaupo section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 11 of plan M.O.W. 35749, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 18 February 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 19 December 1973*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on its south-western side commencing at the point of junction of the north-western boundary of Part 64 of D.P. 23507 (certificate of title 11D/1324), and the State highway and extending south-eastward for 250 metres.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of a marae and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Ngatitoro sub-tribe.

Matamata Community Arts Council—Gazetting of Revised Boundary

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Matamata Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Matamata Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

The area enclosed by a line from McLaren Road South following Diagonal Road, Pakarau Road, Hutchisons Road (South of Walton) to join the Loop Road, Link Road, then to Piakonui East to include Te Tapui Forest and via Mathieson Road to join State Highway 1, down the east side of Lake Karapiro to the Pokaiwherua Stream, following an easterly line across to the northern side of Highway 1 and Highway 5, excluding Tirau and Tapapa, and to follow the natural boundaries on the eastern side at the foot of the Kaimais.
