Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park
Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner
of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds
Maritime Park Board to control and manage the reserve,
described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions
of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by
the Thames-Coromandel District Council on 21 April 1980
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District
Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the
said District in fee simple, and described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a
reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of
the said Act.”

Redefinition of Part of a Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares that the reserve for scenic purposes,
as published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 November 1924,
Vol. 111, No. 75, page 2694, and described in the First
Schedule hereto, has been redefined and is now described as
shown in the Second Schedule hereto.
