Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Classification of a
Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of
Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the
reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified,
as that of a reserve for local purpose (site for scout den),
and further declares that the said reserve be classified as a
reserve for local purpose (site for scout den) subject to the
provisions of the said Act.

to Control and Manage Reserves
