The Hato Petera College Board of Governors Notice 1981

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

N O T I C E

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Hato Petera College Board of Governors Notice 1981.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on 2 March 1981.
  2. The Board of Governors of Hato Petera College, Northcote, shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the education board of the district of Auckland;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

The St. Augustine’s College Board of Governors Notice 1981

  2. The Board of Governors of St. Augustine’s College, Wanganui, shall be constituted as follows:

    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

New Zealand—Australia Free Trade Agreement

PURSUANT to Article 3 of the New Zealand—Australia Free Trade Agreement Act 1965, the products in the following list will be added to Schedule A of the Agreement from 1 January 1981. Duties, where applicable, on these products in both Australia and New Zealand will be reduced and eliminated in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Agreement.
