Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block VII, Tahoraiti Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of November 1980, published in Gazette, 4 December 1980, No. 141, at page 3813, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested in Block VII, Tahoraiti Survey District, Dannevirke County, by omitting from the Second Schedule thereto the areas of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 29.9 perches and 1 rood 20.2 perches, first and secondly described therein, and substituting the land described in the Schedule hereto.
