Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks X and XI, Newcastle Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Raglan County Council and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Fletcher Timber Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Penrose.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Colin Walter Conyers Peach, of Gisborne, chartered accountant, and Eric Bruce Wilson Butt, of Pshiri, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage 31384, 124501.1, and 133984.2, and hereby further declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Colin Walter Conyers Peach and Eric Bruce Wilson Butt, subject to memoranda of mortgage 31384, 126049.1, and 133984.2.
