NOTICE UNDER SECTION 34 (3)

NOTICE is hereby given that the Central Union Permanent Building Society, whose registered office is at 178 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, desires to transfer its engagements to the Auckland Co-operative Terminating Building Society, and has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer, notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not been obtained in the manner required by the Building Societies Act 1965.

The above-mentioned application will be heard on 27th March 1981.

Variation of Bottle Shop Trading Hours

TAKE notice that the Wellington South Licensing Trust at its meeting held on 19 February 1981 passed the following resolutions:

1. That the hours of opening of the Trust’s bottle shop premises situate at 471–477 Adelaide Road, Berhampore, be fixed at 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays to Thursdays inclusive, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.

2. That the hours of opening of the Trust’s bottle shop premises situate at 134–136 The Parade, Island Bay, be fixed at 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

3. That the hours of opening of the Trust’s bottle shop premises situate at 186 Riddiford Street, Newtown, be fixed at 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays to Thursdays inclusive, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
