DEDICATION OF REGIONAL ROAD—MOUNT EDEN BOROUGH

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 366 (4) of the Local Government Act, and of any and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule hereto as regional road land, be and the same is hereby dedicated as road.

ALL that land being regional road situated in Mount Eden Borough, in the North Auckland Registration District, shown stippled on the Authority’s Drawing No. 720016-08 and generally described as follows:

DEDICATION OF ROAD IMPROVEMENT LAND—NEW LYNN BOROUGH

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 (5) of the Local Government Act 1974, and of any and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule hereto, which the Auckland Regional Authority by resolution declared to be required for Highway Improvement pursuant to section 34L Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 (which said resolution and declaration have effect as if made under the said section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974), be and the same is hereby dedicated as road.

REVOCATION OF DECLARATION OF LAND FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT—MOUNT ALBERT CITY

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974, and of any and every other power enabling it in that behalf the Auckland Regional Authority, hereby resolves that the existing declarations (made by resolutions of the Authority), that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto were required for highway improvement pursuant to section 34L of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 (which said resolutions and declarations take effect as if made under the said section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974 by virtue of section 14 (5) of the Local Government Amendment Act 1976), be revoked and or varied in so far as and to the extent that such declarations apply to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, but not otherwise.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those lands situated in the North Auckland Land Registration District shown on the Authority’s Diagram 720015-24 as:

(i) Land previously declared to be required for highway improvement and still required:

(ii) Land previously declared to be required for highway improvement but not now required.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those lands situated in Mount Albert City in the North Auckland Land Registration District shown cross-hatched on the Authority’s Diagram 720015-24, and generally described as follows:

THE BUILDING SOCIETIES ACT 1965
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 34 (3)

NOTICE is hereby given that the Central Building Society, whose registered office is at 178 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, desires to transfer its engagements to the Auckland Co-operative Terminating Building Society, and has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer, notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not been obtained in manner required by the Building Societies Act 1965.

The above-mentioned application will be heard on 27th March 1981.

Any person wishing to be heard on the said application should apply by letter to the Registrar of Building Societies, Government Life Insurance Buildings, P.O. Box 1062, Wellington, at least 7 days before the date of the hearing.

The above-mentioned application will be heard on 27th March 1981.
