CNG Fuel System Approvals

PURSUANT to regulation 90B of the Traffic Regulations 1976* (as inserted by the Traffic Regulations Amendment No. 7), and pursuant to the powers granted to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Trevor Alan Lister, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby approve the components listed in the Schedule hereto for inclusion in any CNG automotive fuel system installed and operated in accordance with the requirements of New Zealand Standard NZS 5422, Part 2, 1980 (and any standard made in amendment thereto or in substitution therefor), subject to the conditions (if any), set out in respect of any component in the said Schedule.

Notice of Approval of Alternative Types of Seat Belts for Certain Motor Vehicles

NOTICE

PURSUANT to regulation 78 (1A) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the fitting in the seating positions specified in the Schedule hereto of the alternative types of seat belts specified in the said Schedule to the vehicle specified in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE

IN respect of any Toyota Lite Ace model KM20RV-JRZ: Two-point lap seat belts of an approved type for the use of the rear compartment seated passengers nearest the left side of the vehicle and the rear compartment seated passengers nearest the right side of the vehicle.

National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Okahukura to Taumarunui section as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan M.O.W. 17299 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Taumarunui and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 17 June 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 20 October 1971* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side across the frontage of part Section 7, Block IV, Rangi S.D. (certificate of title A1/429).

National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 3, Waitara to Inglewood, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan L.A. 42/50/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution, dated 21 October 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 7 December 1977*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side, extending 6 metres north and 20 metres south of the point of junction of the common boundary between Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 13051 (certificate of title F1/227 and F1/228 respectively) with the highway.

National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 99 from its junction with S.H. 6 to the Orcti River as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan M.O.W. 17074 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution, dated 9 December 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 28 April 1971* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the northern side across the frontage of part Lot 1, D.P. 2093 (certificate of title 5D/570).

National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Warkworth to Moirs Hill Road section as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan L.A. 10/21/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland North and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution, dated 9 December 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 19 October 1977* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side commencing 150 metres north of the point of junction of the southern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 89679 (certificate of title 460/598) and the State highway and extending northwards for 200 metres across the frontage of the said Lot 5.
