Cancelling the Reservation of Maori Freehold Land
PURSUANT to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the reservation of Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, set apart for the purpose of a marae site, for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Mahuta tribe, constituted by Order in Council dated 6 April 1964, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 23, of 16 April 1964, p. 665, the area of which was amended by notices dated 21 January 1976 and 20 September 1977, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 10 of 29 January 1976, p. 218 and No. 101, of 29 September 1977, p. 2593, respectively, is hereby cancelled.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Marokopa Survey District, and described as follows:
Area m² Being
(a) 5507 Part Taharoa A7J5C Block as created by a partition order of the Maori Land Court, dated 5 March 1941.
(b) 2587 Part Taharoa A7J2 as described in a partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 20 February 1931 and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 16D, folio 278 (South Auckland Registry) as shown on a plan held by the Registrar of the Waikato-Maniapoto District of the Maori Land Court at Hamilton.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee on 27 November 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the D.B. Te Mata Hotel, Havelock North.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Marlborough Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Marlborough Licensing Committee on 26 November 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Trust Hotel Canvastown.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and on Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.
