Crown Land Set Apart for Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road, in Block VIII, Coromandel Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 10th day of December 1981.

Amending a Notice Taking Land for Road and the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XVI, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of July 1981 published in Gazette, 6 August 1981, No. 94, at page 2175, taking land for road and the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road in Block XVI, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the piece of land being part Ngarua 1B1 Block, containing 7 square metres sixthly described in the Second Schedule thereto, and substituting the land described in the following Schedule.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block III, Whaingaroa Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; hereby proclaims that the road first described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Gowan Richard Rowe of Whatawhata, farmer and Susan Helen Rowe, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 129768.3, H. 129768.4 and H. 172789; and also hereby proclaims that the road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Brian Erle Rathbone of Waingaro, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 461701; also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, which land shall, when so taken, vest in the said Brian Erle Rathbone, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 461701, South Auckland Land Registry.
