Declaring Land Taken for Road, and for the Use, Convenience,
or Enjoyment of a Road, in Block IX, Waipu Survey District,
Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment
of a road, from and after the 10th day of December
1981.

after the 10th day of December 1981.
