being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, should make a written objection and send it within 40 days from the 25th day of November 1981, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

1,500 square metres, situated in the Borough of Lyttelton being town Section 14 and part of town Section 15 comprising Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 2951 and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 266, folio 179 (Canterbury Land Registry Office).

The above area is required for the purposes of a line store and works depot for the Lyttelton Borough Council. The property concerned is situated at 58 and 60, Norwich Quay, Lyttelton. A copy of the plan depicting the area may be inspected at the office of the Lyttelton Borough Council, corner London and Canterbury Streets, Lyttelton, during normal business hours.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Petroleum Amendment No. 2 1980, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited, has made application to the Minister of Energy for a Pipeline Authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from the Paraparaumu Offtake Station on the Kapuni-Wellington Pipeline to a new metering and pressure regulating facility in the Kapiti Borough.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 27/11/81 at Auckland was 257.00 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 24.5 per cent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 27th day of November 1981 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
